BMW Business RDS Radio Bluetooth Upgrade Service
For the following services you would need to send your Business RDS (PH7850) to Estonia.
In this conversion, the AM function is disabled and replaced with a high-quality Bluetooth module. All other radio features continue to work as usual (FM, cassette and CD-changer). To activate Bluetooth mode, simply press the AM button – the sound quality is crystal clear.
The next/previous track, play/pause, and call answer/reject/end functions are all operated directly from the radio’s and steering wheel buttons – no need to touch your smartphone.
1️⃣ Bluetooth with radio button control and display programming with music info (If the radio’s circuit board version is 3455 instead of 3444, there is a small chance that this option may not be possible. Remove the bottom cover to check the version) – 199€ + shipping (or DIY Kit only for 149€)

Custom display text(s) for the bluetooth mode:
When music is selected, the song information appears on the line C. After it has finished scrolling, the radio must display some static text, which remains on the screen until the next track begins.
You can use up to four static text lines: A, B, C and D. Any of these lines can also be left completely empty. Each letter and each space counts as one character:
A – max. 4 symbols
B – max. 3 symbols
C – max. 8 symbols
D – max. 2 symbols
There can also be your own scrolling texts on the line C (e.g. BLUETOOTH, The Ultimate Driving Machine, etc.), which appears once when the radio is switched to the Bluetooth mode. This has no length limit.
